7 CHRISTIAN GIRL MUST HAVES

They are so many suggestions on the tools to choose from the Christian starter pack kit these days that it can be so overwhelming especially for the new born again believers

To know which ones are even worthy of spending time and money on. But before I give them to you allow me to first explain what Christian must haves are and why you need them

WHAT ARE CHRISTIAN MUST HAVES

In the simplest example; picture yourself going to war and you need items to carry in your survival bag, like what you will need to bring with you that will help you in times of emergency

Of course, the list of specifics will be different for everyone but if we were to name them in their general terms most if not all of us will say the same things

From food, to water, to shoes, but the type shoes and brand of food would differ depending on the individual

I hope that makes sense lol

The same applies to our Christian survival kit, our preferences or brands may be different but we all need just about the same things

WHY DO WE NEED THEM

Because they help us navigate life and make our walk with the Lord much easier. God through man has provided so many resources to use and make this journey colorful and exciting

We are consistently being told how much the Christian life is boring as there isn’t much to read or buy but that’s not even the case

Not until you become a devoted Christian that you’ll realize how much you have been brain washed and taught wrong about this lifestyle

A Christian lifestyle is a very fun and and amazing journey, and God has gifted us with the perfect resources to choose from that will make relationship with Him even more exciting to immerse ourselves into

They may be a lot of things that you may need for your journey as time goes by, but at least start with these 7 items and you will add on as God instructs you in the future

BIBLE– with so many translations available to us now and some even in our own native tongue, what’s not to get excited about purchasing one, right?

I mean how are you going to be a devoted Christian if you are not going to purchase the one book that actually has the hundred percent true teachings of the Nature of God

And what type of relationships He had with our ancestors and one He wants with us today

God speaks to us through His word and also gives us revelation through it and most importantly, the bible teaches us how to live as true believers of His kingdom

DEVOTIONALS– God is our source of grace and love and we aren’t supposed to overlook that as believers, but sometimes we need to hear about God through other people’s experiences with Him

That’s why every Christian girl should read a devotional every day or every other time

The bible says in Revelation 12vs 11 NIV that “We overcome by the blood of the lamb and the words of our testimony”. Reading devotionals gives us hope and encouragement and makes us feel less alone in the things we are going through

They are tons of devotionals that speak on each season that we are in, so don’t overlook them, get one and see how informative they could be for your Christian journey

HIGHLIGHTERS– as the name speaks for itself lol. As we read scripture it is important for us to highlight verses that speak to us

This is as important because in that way, it is easier to remember the scripture in case we want to share it with others, or if want to remember it to speak life into something

And it can easily be found when we are looking for it at the time that we need to reflect on it

JOURNAL– a journal is a must have for jotting down important information that you may find. This could either be sermons from church, or scripture that you need to read when by chance you don’t have a bible with you

Another important use of a journal is to write down your prayers and prophesies that you may receive

It would really be amazing to right down things that the Lord has been speaking to you in one season and see them manifesting when the Lord sees fit

Another way to really see that what the Lord does speak concerning our life and purpose really does come to pass

And journaling also does come in handy especially when sharing our testimonies with others because we would know the exact date God said and What He said in that moment as it will be fresh off our minds when we are writing it

A CUTE BAG PACK– this is important because not always will you feel like doing devotionals or journaling at home

Sometimes you may want to sit at a coffee shop or restaurant and you will need to carry some equipment with you

Depending on your choice and preferences pick the bag/ bag back that makes you feel confident and cute. Girl!!! You are serving the king of kings, might as well look cute doing it lol

ANOITING OIL– they are just certain things in your life that you will need to anoint because you don’t know what spirits have been there before you

For example, hotel rooms, seats, offices that people have walked in before you, money, you name it

Even more important anoint yourself before prayer and ask God to protect you. I must note however that it is not the anointing oil that has the power to overcome

It is the name that you are calling as you anoint things, and that is the name of JESUS!!!

The purpose of the anointing oil is to sanctify and make the object holy and cover His presence on it (Exodus 30vs 29)

A WORSHIP PLAYLIST– worship is another form of surrender to God because it’s simply you declaring that He is the Lord most high

That’s why as Christians we need to be very careful with the songs we listen to because songs do actually have a prophetic declaration over things

Mostly spiritual whether we like to believe that or not. Worship is another form of prayer because in that moment when we are listening it worship music

We are choosing to make ourselves smaller and Him greater (John 3vs 30) and declaring that He is that one that is in full control of everything

They are a lot of genres of Christian music to choose from each that will suit your lifestyle and eardrums perfectly lol , so the choice is yours

And don’t let anyone put you down or make you feel less of a Christian because of the type of worship music you choose to listen to

As long as you find it transforming your soul and drawing you closer to God, then another person’s opinion really doesn’t matter
